This Privacy Policy explains how SlipIQ ("SlipIQ", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the SlipIQ application and website (the "Service"). SlipIQ is the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. Personal data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, login credentials.
  • Profile and training data — display name, fighting style, uploaded videos, pose-tracking data, AI-generated scores and feedback.
  • Usage and device data — pages visited, feature usage, IP address, browser, device identifiers, crash logs.
  • Support communications — messages you send to us.
  • Billing data — collected directly by Paddle, our payment processor (see "Sharing" below).

2. How we use your data

  • Create and operate your account (legal basis: contract).
  • Provide AI analysis, feedback, and progress tracking (contract).
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and secure the Service (legitimate interests).
  • Improve and develop new features (legitimate interests).
  • Respond to support requests (contract / legitimate interests).
  • Send service announcements and, with your consent, marketing emails (consent).
  • Comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

3. Who we share data with

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record, which processes all payments, subscriptions, taxes, refunds, and invoicing.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting, database, authentication, and storage.
  • AI model providers — to generate analysis from your training videos.
  • Analytics and error-monitoring providers — to understand usage and diagnose issues.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and compliance.
  • Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Training videos and analysis results are retained while your account exists; you can delete sessions or close your account at any time, after which we will delete or anonymise the data within a reasonable period.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. 7. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

SlipIQ is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
