Terms of Service

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, and you must keep your information accurate.

SlipIQ provides AI-powered analysis of fighting performance from videos you upload, including scores, feedback, drills, and progress tracking. Features may evolve over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or abuse.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Interfere with security, probe, scan, scrape, or distribute malware.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.
• Upload content you do not have rights to, or content that depicts minors inappropriately, hateful conduct, or illegal acts.

The Service uses AI models to analyse your videos. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional medical, athletic, or coaching advice without independent verification. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. We may filter or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts for repeated infringement or abuse.

SlipIQ and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, models, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business use within your selected plan.

You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Paid plans are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Billing, taxes, and payment-method updates are handled through Stripe's billing portal, accessible from your subscription page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

You will indemnify and hold harmless SlipIQ from claims arising from your User Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at SlipIQ's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
